This is a great low impact workout for beginners and seniors! It’s fun and easy to follow. All you need is a small space and no equipment needed. Exercising at home can be challenging, but I hope this one makes you sweat and smile! I think you will enjoy the music, too. Enjoy!

I alsos had a hard time hearing you over the music. And I also love your other videos! I see that lots of people loved the music on this one .... I still would love to see one specifically for the more seniors among us who would like 50s and 60s music!

I am 79 years old, and have some serious numbness issues, which I am about to have MRI’ed. I am determined to keep working out, and everyone of yours that I have done so far, has not hurt me. I think I have done just about everyone. I love your style! You take the time to explain them, do then Slow, then work us into a faster speed! So great! I hope I am still doing exercises with you when I am 85!

I'm 73 stared my dance career at age 9. I've had 4 hip surgeries and the last 4 yrs serious health issues. It's been a struggle. Besides ballet, I was also an aerobic/fitness instructor and q runner (12-13 miles every day). Struggling right now but this is the first fitness video that I actually enjoyed and was able to do. I appreciate the music and staying on beat, nice choreography and I was able to complete the entire program. Thank you. I feel like I have fond someone that I can enjoy working my way back to fitness.

Love it! I’m 75 and a friend told me about. Ive been Y rat for many years but haven’t been able to since the pandemic and have no discipline to do it myself except walking so I’m slowly getting the hang of this. Thanks🥰

This one was really fun and a challenge, as some of the steps were tricky and involved my memory which isn't that good! LOL But love the music. I will be doing this one again, for sure!

When I first do these routines I slow down the speed of the video to .75, I find it easier at first. Then I speed it up after I have done it for a few times.

Michael Brant there are three dots at the top right of the screen which gives you an option to slow down the video

Playback speed is set at normal but can be changed to go faster or slower.

I'm 50 y/o and was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes last year (2020). I was frantic and worried coz my older brother died coz of the same illness, with kidney complications. I cried for days, but something in my mind told me to search for the net. I searched everything about the illness and how to reverse it. I followed a strict diet and start doing some exercise at home. One of the exercises I found easier to follow is your routine, so I make it a point to do it at least twice a week (alternating the home walk exercise). I was 167 lbs when I was diagnosed and I am 148 lbs at present. I have 8 lbs to lose as what my BMI says but I have a normal blood sugar now. Thank you so much. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found your channel. Thank you and Godspeed!!!❤❤❤

Hi, Jenny - This 83 year old has been following a variety of your workouts since Corona inception. Have looked at others but always come back to you. Love your enthusiasm, style, and music. Tried this one first time but couldn't hear your instructions well (no, not hearing loss), and always like to see your face (half diminished due to sun). OK, though. Lots of others to enjoy!

Love the music...especially the song with the rap music in it. It helped me keep count. I start counting when my arms can't keep up with my legs. This was great and uplifting.

Good morning Jenny, I just finished your strength class after doing your 37 min aerobic tape. I really liked the strength one, it was my first time doing it. I was used to going to the Y 5 times a week, and since pandemic you have have made my workouts awesome at home.Im 81 and am pretty glad I’m able to participate and not have to worry about catching this virus. I'm in my 70's and surely not the only "oldy" who loves these videos for beginners ! (the only ones we can still do...haha !) But at this age your hearing is not what it used to be.... therefore I'd really appreciat the volume a bit lower ! From time to time Jenny almost has to scream to be heard.... that says enough. Nevertheless, I love these videos !! If you read the comments you'll see quite a few people have the same problem. Greetings from The Netherlands !

What great timing! I was lying on my couch thinking I should get up and do something . . . like exercise. I then checked my email and saw the notification of this workout :) I just finished it and love it - I feel accomplished . . . and sweaty!

I love your shorter workouts! I have been doing them in the morning since May of last year, 6 days a week! Your music is great and your energy is contagious! I just started this workout about a week ago. I love it! Thank you for adding shorter, but so effective, workouts for your older followers. 👍

Another great video. My husband and I are completely dedicated to your workout regimes. Everyday (truly!), we tune into one of your workouts. It started with the beginning of the pandemic and now we are great fans. We have not missed a day in 6 months. We live on a tiny island in the corner of Washington state and like most older adults, we are socially distancing and staying home. You bring such enthusiasm and joy to us every morning, not to mention the difference you have made in our health, well being and balance. Thank you so much!

Jenny, since this pandemic started back in April I have been running zoom exercise classes with a bunch of friends. Who knew it would last this long?? I wanted to tell you that we have worked out to several of your videos and everyone always loves the workout. We are all seniors, in our 60's and some in our 70's, but everyone is an active senior!! Some of us were gym buddies and others are just friends who enjoy the comradery and workouts 4 days each week. It is particularly helpful for several friends who are also part of a support group I run for caregivers of those with Parkinson's Disease. Many of these ladies are strictly quarantined for the safety of their spouse. This gives them a chance to be social while staying active and fit. In short, we are all your fans!!!!

My wife and I do this together since our Y is closed. It is great. It helps me prepare for golf and my wife likes it as she has osteoporosis and needs exercise for her bones. Thank you. We will keep on!

As the weather gets gray and rainy, with snow to come, I very much appreciate having your workout. It's the next best thing to having you in person leading a class. Keep it up, offering classes for us seniors. It will keep me sane during the pandemic!

Hi Jenny ... we LOVE your fun and great workouts but we HATE what has happened last few times on KZbin. About 5 mins in and mid workout -suddenly you stop and we get a video ad that we can’t ‘skip’ and have to struggle to get past. Maybe you have changed your settings? Don’t mind putting up with the beginning ads but if there is any way you can stop these ‘5 mins in’ ones - that would be great. Hope you can fix it. We will keep following you and having such fun! This would be a fantastic video series if it wasn’t DANGEROUSlY interrupted by ads which make it difficult to SKIP since the SKIP feature doesn’t work until the 4th tap at which time the WHOLE VIDEO DISAPPEARS. For 55+ For which this video is designed this can result in INJURIES due to bending to SKIP or TRIPPING when the sequence is interrupted. KZbin is not doing you any favours as now I will look for an online exercise program that is SAFE.

I find this one of your most inspirational and fun videos Jenny. Feeling fat and unfit after Christmas I eased myself back into fitness first with your great 20 minute workouts, graduated to 25 minutes and now this. It is such fun to do and the way you conduct the workout is inspiring - your sense of fun comes through and is very infectious and you end up putting more and more effort into it. Well done, your personality shines through - how wonderful it would be to be part of an actual class of yours - so motivational in these difficult times. Keep the good work up - please!

Hi Jenny! I'm not sure if you're still making videos or not, but I sure hope so! I am a 52 year old dance teacher that let herself go! I taught dance or danced in a company my whole life. I stopped dancing and teaching just before covid and never got back into it. I gained so much weight, and my joints hurt! Today, I decided to get my health and weight back on track! I have surfed youtube for awhile now trying to find something that I enjoyed and inspired me. I found your videos! Today is my first day, but I plan on exploring more of your videos. Love your energy, enthusiasm, and music! Thank you! Btw, if anyone hasn't told you it's a chasse, ball change or in tap it's called a Lindy step.

I did this workout for the first time this morning. You Tube just would not load my usual Fit Over 50. Thank you Jenny, I've stuck with the fitness since the gym shut in March. I've had some health issues this year, and now really low blood pressure for a 64 year old, perfect blood sugar, cholesterol is a work in progress, have lost 30lb and now weigh 140lbs well within my bmi. I really enjoyed this workout which I combined with an upper body strength video. Cheers Jenny! Lock down changed my life in many ways. My bra size now back to what it was when I was in my thirties. You are my saviour.

Hi againJenny, I am still following your classes, since the first lockdown in the Uk. We are now on lockdown number 3 ☹️ I live in the UK, & my daughter works on survey ship's all over the world, as a hydrographic surveyor. . She is sailing off New Bedford at present .( Boston) She has to quarentine in her cabin, or hotels when she arrives, usually for a week to 10 days. To keep her spirits up, We do your classes together. I Skype her & face the camera to my TV, where I play your KZbin classes. I place a full length mirror to the side , so we can see each other. Hi Jenny Just finished doing this workout. Yes I know it’s loud and your face is obscured but still love 💕 this routine. Haven’t been on for a while and have been feeling a bit grotty lately but decided this morning that I must get back to doing something and being indoors, who else would I turn to but you👯‍♂️👯‍♂️. Also did your neck and back routine the other day and must say it seemed to help, even after only one routine. Just love your enthusiasm and encouragement for us all to keep fit. Your routines suit me, and I’m sure many others, down to a T (British saying in case you’re baffled by that). Just love you for being you and what you are doing for all us oldies (I’m 69, but notice you have a few 80 somethings subscribing so that’s wonderful). Please keep it up and never lose that lovely personality. I live in the UK and wish you were here with us so we could attend your classes in person but this is the next best thing. Jenny my husband and I have been following your classes since lockdown 1 started in the UK. We live in London and are both in our 70s. We especially like the boxing ones and have enjoyed the new Tabata boxing one. We liked the music when you did the songs mentioning colours in the title and obviously we both love 60s music! One or two of your early videos have strange-sounding music but regardless of that, we really owe you a huge thank-you for keeping us fit. I love the balance one as well and the new arms one - thought it was hilarious when the dog joined in! I might do that with the weighted gloves for more impact. Keep them coming but with great soundtracks please - makes it easier and more enjoyable. You're doing an incredible job and I keep telling friends about your classes. I’m back- my sister and I were traveling across the country the last 2 months and so I didn’t get to workout- Just got back to California - and today I worked out to this one- Yep- you kicked my booty - I was out of the groove - but I remembered quickly how great your workouts are!!! Phew, I just made it through, sweating and panting. This video length is pretty much my max. Despite how hard I work in these videos my BPM rarely goes higher than about 88. I did make it into the 90s close to the end. Is that because my resting BPM is between 49 and 51?

Thanks to Covid, I've been unable to go to physical therapy since my hip replacements, and wondered why, months after surgery, each step still felt so heavy in my hips. But I've been doing the hip strengthening and the other videos for a couple of months, and finally, this week - walking feels easy, and I don't notice effort. I'm so excited by this!

Hi Jenny, I have been in strict lockdown in Melbourne, Australia for some months and your video has been a life saver for an aerobic workout. I only have to modify it slightly for an arthritic shoulder but love that it gets my heart rate going and that I build up a sweat. I usually live in LA and my three kids are in the US (1 in LA and 2 in Ohio) so this brings me a little closer to them. Thank you and take care over there. Judi.

This was absolutely brilliant work out, so much fun. At 68 I normally opt for your 20 minute ones but thought I would try this and stretch myself a little more as I am getting fitter. Had a smile on my face all the way through, never enjoyed any other work out forum as much as I am enjoying yours - keep it up, fantastic! And yes, worked up quite a sweat!
