Hi, Jen. This is my first time working out with you or even seeing and watching any of your videos. I just "found" you (so to speak), and am glad that I did. I just wanted to say thank you for you taking time out to help people like me who temporarily struggle with or have been suffering from and with intermittent knee, hip, and lower back pain and issues. And to thank you for not only showing us the way with these exercises, but for taking the time to workout (to exercise) with us. Thank you.
