I cannot believe how proud I am of my impressive core strength obtained through consistent Nicole exercising. :) My poor husband us undoubtedly tired of me walking in and saying, "Feel this! Feel this!" as I flex like the Hulk. Bahaha. So proud and so happy I discovered Nicole. ❤️

That arm sequence is great! I'd love a mini video with just something like that I could do after being at my desk for a few hours. Really woke up my upper body and relieved a lot of tension.

Yes! A lot of times I'll do one of Nicole's videos and come back to this video just for the arm section. It's a lot easier than the other push up sequences as I'm beginning to build upper body strength.

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

This was like coming home to an old friend - classic pilates. I loved it! It's been awhile since I've done a full classic pilates workout and I was amazed to see how much stronger and more flexible I was than the last time. Circled back to this workout after doing it about a year ago... I think this is one my all time favorite videos! As much as I have progressed in Pilates, the moves in this video reminded me I need to spend more time prioritize lower back strength. Thank you for always having such a wide variety of moves and workouts! Looking forward to doing this one again soon :)

Thank you, I’ve been doing all your classes for nearly a year now 5 days a week. They are making me feel so much stronger. I absolutely loved this class I actually found it a bit challenging. Which is fantastic, a real workout. And I love the fact you added arms. I feel as though now I have retired from working as a hairdresser my arms have become weaker, and need to focus on arms a little more. So thank you.

I love this class, it makes me feel so energized yet relaxed at the same time. I love pilates because I feel like I get a good work out without it being too strenuous on my body. As someone with an auto immune condition, really high impact work outs just make me tired and strained, so I'm happy I found something that helps me move more and feel good!! Thank you so much for your videos, Nicole. I really love doing them.

@say sorry for breathing hyunjins air Hi . So , yes I do only Nicole's workout program , but few times a week I add 10 min plank challenge from emi wong and I try walk every day for 30 + minutes . I try to eat around 2000 calories a day , sometimes less , sometimes more . For me it's a deficit , cuz I'm young , pretty tall and physically active . My rule now it's eating more protein and less processed food , but everything in moderation . And also I started eating my supper earlier ( used to ~ 9 pm , now around 7pm ). This is everything that I do :) My tip for you it's starting from beginner friendly workouts , around 20-30 min a day for the first week , then you can start trying more challenging workouts . I personally felt on love with the barre workouts , my booty never felt something like that before 🤣

Never thought I could lose the ability to hold up my arms without even lifting anything, but wow that sequence was tough! This was a great practice, my whole body feels strong and energized now.

One of the most difficult poses I just couldnt do properly. I modify them instead by keeping both elbows on the floor, which in itself is still challenging for me.

Girl I never leave comments but now I really feel like I have to. What a splendid service you are doing to everyone by providing us with your workouts! Every movement shows you have a huge knowledge of the discipline you teach. I have to say that as someone who is recovering from anorexia these workouts are just amazing. It feels like I'm not in a rush to get reps in, but rather I'm just focusing on my well-being and on making my body feel good. Just, thank you. Seriously

Ouch, this was too tough for a beginner 😅 . I managed to whip my legs over my head twice before I hurt my arms during the process and didn't want to try again. The boomerang was also too challenging. Most of the other things I managed - even though I can't keep my legs straight in the air and abs are still quite weak, so had to do an easier version on some things. It's really hard to assess excercise difficulty on youtube, this clearly wasn't for me. Great work with arms (that was also beginner friendly!) and I am sweating, so I'm quite happy after all!

Edit: I came back to this four months later on the playlist and well im so grateful for you. I am much stronger mentally and physically and found it easier to follow this time.😊 Love you Nicole! I found this very hard to do although i have been doing your workout for 3 months at least 3x per week. It was hard...maybe its my dyslexia and inability to understand instructions just by audio but i found it hard to like transition etc. Anywho, great video. im very grateful for you ❤️

i loved this class so much thanks Nicole! It really allowed me to practice a lot of the classic pilates moves. I really appreciate that you allow for some time for us to get our posture and form right before we begin a move and you explain it so well - helps with my mind to muscle connection. I used to really struggle completing your classes (about 6 months ago I started) but I have stuck with them and love them soo much now

The best Pilate workouts and thank you for including arm workout I usually do the one with weight but I hurt my shoulder so this is the perfect workout for the whole body 💕

Great Nicole, one of the best class ever done! I feel like all my body is burning, mainly the arms, but it is a nice burn, as it means I've worked hard and it brings much satisfaction. I feel super energiesed to start my day. I'd be glad to see more classes like this, thank you soo much! 🤗💖

Nice all body workout with classic Pilates moves. I’ve been feeling tired and lazy and a few of the pounds have crept back on. The winter seems to be dragging on. But I made time to get on the mat today! And it’s been warm enough to get some walking done outside. Thanks for the video!

Enjoyed this workout. Great to get a side series in and arms. Would love a 45/60 minute full Pilates with bridges too. Thank you sooo much for all your great workouts. 🙏

Wow! The arm series really got me; I had to drop them a few times, they hurt so badly. Perfect workout while I'm recovering from a minor LCL tear.

Hi Nicole, I've been doing your workouts for 8 weeks consistently now 5-6 days a week. I did this one today and it was one of the most challenging I've done yet but still very relaxing and leaving me energized not too tired 😊 Thank you for your instruction I'm so grateful for you 😊

I love this workout and enjoy your detailed instructions. I'm in good shape but 65 years old and have trouble bearing weight on my wrists. Please create more wrist friendly workouts! Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful workouts!
