I'm disabled (mental disability + pcos). I haven't worked out in years (besides light stretching/relaxing yoga) I wasn't sure if I'd be able to finish this practice. I took a second and a deep breath and read through the comments. I finished the practice and am currently in peaceful tears...... thank you so so much 🥹💖

I am a student and can’t afford to book a class in a yoga studio. Also time wise it’s way easier to work out at home. I tried a lot of workouts but always struggled sticking to it, since they did not make me feel great. You really made me fall in love with Pilates. Thanks to your videos and great instructions I feel healthier and more energised than ever before (the abs aren’t bad too 😅). I am so grateful for your dedication!! Thank you so much❤.
