This workout is low impact, all standing, and apartment friendly! It's quiet and can be performed in small spaces. You can use this workout to burn calories and tone your muscles using absolutely no equipment!

Usually I like many squats, this one was very satisfying, I will keep it for two times weekly work, after I finished it I did also the 15 min standing abs ,I think it's a part from this one , thank you beautiful ❤️.

OMG are you mad at us cuz u kicked our ass with this one Haha but we love the pain... I burned 270 calories on general workout mode... I divided into 2 sections and did other things in between... Juicy and perky feeling today...
