Join me for this 35 Min AB focused WALKING WORKOUT and let's start burning calories while toning the entire core (waistline). We`ll be performing basic, uncomplicated moves that will target the abs from a standing position. This is a moderate pace, medium intensity steady state cardio session you can use for calorie burn, weight loss, and for toning the waistline! This steady state walking workout can easily replace your treadmill or other cardio machines you might be using in the gym.

Another hit for the fave list OMG... I walked 4,757 steps and burned 194 calories... This workout def wasn't the most strenuous but it complements todays one dumbbell workout... I appreciate all the hard work you do to make quality workout videos daily... Will be sharing this to Facebook...
