I’ve been devoted to this channel for about 5 years, but stuck with it off and on. I had covid right before Christmas and got out of my routine. I started back up about 3 weeks ago, doing your workouts twice daily. I admit I do it for weight loss for vanity, but I feel so much better mentally and physically. I record my workouts to check my form (then delete immediately) and I can see such a big difference already. My endurance is much better and although the scale isn’t showing it as much, but I look and feel stronger. Thanks a million for your continued amazing content! 💪🏻🏋🏼♀️

Great Workout. Finished it just now. Best part about your workout is that you don't create an unnecessary hurry. Secondly, you keep talking while exercising. That is commendable.

Thanks a Ton Amy for yet another great workout!! ❤️ I loved all the moves but that Plank Jack then Twist + Press/Push Up on both sides then Jack again... was where I could feel the burn the most ☺️ Totally agree with Carolyn Lyon & L Wilson that you are an exercise Mastermind!
