Love your workouts. I first found your videos over three years ago when I was pregnant with my first boy. It helped me keep the form during pregnancy. Now two kids later I want to start working out again and your positivity keeps me going. Thank you for all your hard work

Great one Amy! I was in the middle of another tabata workout before this one but it was too repetitive so I had to abort and find one of your workouts to do! The bonus move was difficult to manuever with a dumbbell but otherwise solid!

This was a great workout! I used one hand instead of two when doing the side lunges with pulsing at the beginning of the workout. I realized after it should’ve been two hands. I loved the cute surprise at the beginning of the workout! We did it!
