Dear gogigems, today the first time I practiced this magical kriya to raise the frequency, for a long time I was looking to feel the energy of the heart and its curative and healing power. The energy experienced was shocking. When I practice goya my body tends to make circles, it is if a circular energy were formed. Thank you for sharing your love and wisdom.
