Dear Ohlico, i went thru the same exact cold for ten days. I just started to train/workout yesterday again, after aereosol treatments that didn't work for me and then eventually stepped onto antibiotics for three days. My voice was at that point non existent and fans didn't work on the long run, my throat felt like it had knife stab*ing at me every time i tried to swallow. In the end it was an infection that needed to be cured with more than just an anti inflammatory med lol. Now im finally all done with it. I wish you a speedy recovery, it's so frustrating when your voice can't produce the volume you want! Make sure you stay hydrated and rest a lot. It shall pass. Loads of love 💜
