Yes Jimmy I see you are the BACKUP Dumpling maker, GUYS I’m a 74 yrs Senior and I cooked very well, after following Colaz and his Team for yrs, I decided to make the Dumplings, WELL LET ME TELL YOU!! Those darn dumplings are not easy to make. I’m not a little lady and retired from the New York City Police Department! That kneading the flour will give you a run for your money! I worked up a sweat and changed positions with the bowl, I sat a while, stood a while , bowl on the counter, bowl in my lap!! The dumplings came out great eat as per my Family , me myself did not want the dumplings after that workout, my family laughed at me but shared the dumplings among the 11 of them. I don’t think I’m going to try that again, no wonder Colaz arms and muscles are so big! Loving you from Pennsylvania!

This is a breakfast dumpling in 🇹🇹they call it fry bake or floats. They cut it put any meat inside but mostly saltfish/redherin/fish. In Maracas beach it's famous with fry shark
