Padded bike shorts work well for longer bike work outs, instead of adding a pad. Nice set up.

The Ativafit dbs look good, seem to be a good value and have a few different top weights. Might be a good option for a lot of people. Are newer. Curious to see longer-term reviews of them in the future.

@@GarageGymGainz If looking for a gym tour for a Friday, check out William Bonic on his channel. It is all Panatta equipment, which isn't seen as much as other stuff since is from Italy. He doesn't have their dual smith machine, but it is a nice gym. (Just one company, but doesn't come across like a commercial like S.P.'s gym tour).
