Def Check out my space, I have the garage and a basement gym too. Mostly upper body machines as I hit legs with two machines and dumbbells mostly. No barbells or rack in my space lol😅

The bottom part of the bench seat ajustments seems like the seat angle might not be enough for comfy incline bench press, or is it decent?

Sick gym Logan! That cybex leg press is my favorite piece. Really underrated glute pattern movement. Selectorized leg presses are under appreciated - usually cheap on marketplace and smaller footprint

Honestly, the Fray Fitness functional trainer was given to me by a local gym owner. He didn’t care for it in a commercial setting. The build quality for some of it was not great, so it kept giving him issues. He told me if I could have it out before the replacement was delivered, I could have it.

great review! we know you tried off camera; how much can you max wearing the slingshot and pressing the 5 board? (and side-note; I incorporate some hand-stand pushups against the wall, although I'm weak/low reps at them; I can see this block doubling as a range-restrictor for those as well (setting it on the ground where one's head touches; having 3 "settings" aka heights.... )

Will be fun to see your new Home Gym build. Two car garage is a game changer though. I went from using half of a 2-car garage to using the full 2-car and just having more space to move around and space out equipment is great.

Whats the point of working out if you can't use what you have to move your gym a few times. I've seen 2-3 people move 2 full garage gym within a day with multiple weight stack machines, power racks & several Ks of plates and DBs. It would of taken less than a day to take apart and move your previous equipment into a uhual truck or box with 1 person.

I’ve moved my home gym twice since I’ve been in the army I’m moving again soon and it sucks to do. I’d rather do that than not have a gym at the crib though.
