I love the Payne's Gray CA with the greens. The painting is soft, but still dramatic. The fluidity is beautiful. It's got kind of an exotic look to it. I think a black CA might be too much of a contrast, but I can't wait to see what you do with it on Saturday's video. You are truly an inspiration to those of us who are just starting out with this art form. It really helps me to see that mistakes can be fixed and you don't necessarily have to trash your whole painting. Thank you for these amazing videos.

You're right composition DEAD ON! The softness of the water color effect with the Paynes Grey made the colors pop that were traced with the bold Paynes Grey on the deconstructed blooms. Hope you understand that jabber 🤣..dont apologize for being picky pants that's something we all are doing..i hope😳...amazing as always Karen. I love the Payne’s Grey. I used the Amsterdam Payne’s Grey CA and I love the more blue tones of Golden. Oh that darned tarp. I recall the pain of that same situation a month ago. Except it was opening the front door. Dusty has every right to bark at mailman remembering that incident. 🤪 Lovely final painting.

This one is mind blowing to me. I was so afraid you might change the middle (middle, right from our perspective) because there is a stunning image of a female torso with a long bird-like neck and head. Just gorgeous!

I really do like the colors and looking at it reminds me of following an octopus as it moves. That was challenging watching you work the weight of the center. I know you use Glidden for your base a lot. I love black as my base, have you ever had that tinted black and used it? I was a color to go fan and no longer available. Thanks Karen!
