This shawarma seller in Delhi has awesome making in bulk of Chicken shawarma as we can see in the video that there is this huge quantity of chicken firstly cooked then chopped finely and then mixed along with veggies. Later served on roti with mayo and the mixture prepared.
Awesome making, Good in taste.

The absolute worst way to cook chicken...almost guaranteed to get some raw or undercooked chicken with this method, by overloading the tray and not allowing steam to escape you are steaming the meat instead of grilling it, you will lose the flavour of the grilled bits and end up with either raw or steamed and chewy chicken.

Technically shawarma is sliced meat wrapped in bread but forget the spit roasting. atleast it has to be roasted,.right? This is shawarma meat, but not a shawarma. You need that burnt crunchy pieces on the outside that you get from roasting. Also the Mayo meat ratio is abysmal. Still a steal for 100 rupees 👍
