We were excited to have an Alaskan band go mainstream. Didn’t really happen until “Bloodwork” made it on the Resident Evil soundtrack. I love the album..he talks about Kenai, Kasilof, Sand Lake, feeling safe behind these mountains. It’s very jarring to be here…sandwiched between so much chaos that feels so distant. AND I appreciate their local kids and moshing and didn’t do some ridiculous Lower 48 crap.
