This is a beautiful and practical home. Generous proportions, loads of storage, and a fine working kitchen. I agree that the entry way is cramped. Moreover, the current trend of benches/lockers is inadequate for a home that experiences winter. I would make the entry deeper and put a traditional closet. Fortunately, the dimensions allow for it and your homeowners will thank you. Nice home - would live here.

Love the larger secondary bedrooms but I take issue with the smaller bathroom for the master. I really like the fact that there is a covered outside living area as well.

This is a wonderful home. The living area is unique and not tight. In fact the whole layout is great, with spacious closets and pantry. The glass doors are beautiful, too .

This house checks my boxes. The living room is large, and the kitchen, along with its pantry, has good counter and storage space. The bedrooms have large closets. There's a puzzling doorway in the hallway just before the laundry room. I like the large porch, though some people prefer to have their porches behind the house for privacy. A good plan!

I love the storage and bookshelves in the living room. I feel like the front entry is just a bit too tight so I might get rid of the bench and just have hooks. It would be nice if there was a way to get to the side porch from the kitchen. I might consider putting a door in the pantry to it. All in all, nice plan.

Very nice Home that meets most of my needs except the back patio where the dogs are when they are outside. Cannot leave them outside alone for too long because they’re a little mischievous when unattended. I don’t entertain in the front or the side porches of a house as far as exterior dining goes and this house does not have a rear patio or access. Also of concern to me is the fact that that dining table seats 4 but you sleep six. That dining area needs a little more space. Love the living room, kitchen, pantry, bedroom sizes, and bathrooms. Just the wrong floor plan for me.
