Stronger because of your work, a daily dose of 360 has been the best prescription I've been given. Thank you for being you xo

I escaped. It’s been almost 2 years. Sometimes I still feel like I can’t breathe. Sometimes I feel weak. Sometimes I just need someone to understand. And in those moments, I come here because this song is my reminder that I’m strong, I’m safe and I can keep going. I didn’t deserve what happened to me no matter how much his words that are stuck in my head tells me I did. My daughter is the reason I had the courage to leave. I don’t need to be scared anymore. I’m safe now.

60, this in my opinion is the best shit you've ever produced and I can not explain how much this hit me. You explained everything my mum went through when I was only young. I understood everything while it was happening and it all happened while I was 5-9 years old. This is honestly the truest shit I've ever heard and I feel like you're one of the only - if not the only - rappers that actually explains so in depth what happens in an abusive relationship and when I first saw this on your facebook, I showed it to my mum and she teared up a lot which I definitely expected. This is so touching and I friggen love it. Love you man.

Kefira Southgate I think you're misunderstanding the context of this. The song implies that an abused mother stays with her parter because of the kids (wants them to have a father figure) but really the mother should leave for the kids because a household in which a mother is be sing physically abused is no place for a child to grow up. Also, it says as soon as he hits you it's time to leave. So I assume, her kids sent her this after seeing her partner was physically abusing and she did what was suggested in the lyrics.

I come back to this song regularly. 360 one of the best songs ever. It helps me deal with what I’ve been through and what my loved ones have also experienced. I hope this song helps someone out there to stop being abusive or to get away from abuse. There are so many numbers out there people. Please call and get help, don’t give up! I was homeless for a fair while but things turned out ok with help of amazing support services who can get u safe to a motel/ caravan park etc. I know there are complications and it is not easy. But please get out, plan and get out and take all the support you deserve. Life should not be like this. You deserve not to be treated like this ever!!! Never ever ever ❤❤❤

Domestic violence began when I was conceived, it was my whole childhood. Naturally, it became my life as an adult a number of times. Your line "ya kids are the reason you stay but they gotta be the reason you leave" is so important. It opened my eyes to the fact I couldn't stay with my abuser for the sake of his little boy (that I will always love like my own). I had to make the hard decision to no longer see him. I hope he sees why; inbetween all of the brainwashing. An amazing song. It hits so close to home. Without fail; this song brings tears to my eyes before the 1 minute mark everytime. So much respect for speaking up about breaking the cycle Matt.

georgia teamlogic yes my current girlfriend is very emotionally controlling :( she picks me apart all the time, daily i manage to frustrate her she makes me feel very insecure and i am always treading on egg shells. Verbal abuse is very painful too though i wouldn't compare it to the physical domestic violence i witnessed between my mum and dad growing up.

The German Eagle, I'm sorry to hear that mate. That doesn't sound healthy at all, in fact it sounds like emotional and verbal abuse. Don't allow yourself to believe you in any way deserve this treatment, because you don't. No one deserves to go through what you're going through. Consider your options and decide what's best for you. Stay safe, and remember: YOU DON'T DESERVE THIS.

Valium & Flowers ...Any person who creates a feeling of insecurity, uselessness or unworthiness in your soul are manipulative and abusive people.ITS ALL ABUSE.. physical ,emotional , mental, financial, spiritual - they all are detrimental to your mental well being..for the injury to a mind takes a long time to heal or come to terms with... its Toxic and soul destroying. You will be second guessing every action you make, trying not to upset her, keep the peace, but you know peace will never be permanent thing dont you? Its never what you do that frustrates these sort of peeps, she knows you are a top shelf good guy..thats why she is with you, but she can see your weak spots *unhealed child wounds)..and she plays on them to keep you hers and hers only. Control. Abusers create drama, when it suits their purpose ,of either getting there own way, or so they can go out without you , knowing you will be waiting around miserable for when they get back, then expect an apology from you for upsetting them! When they started the fight.?! sound familiar? Educate yourself on Personality disorders. BPD NPD etc.. you will come to learn the reason you are putting up with it is due to you having unhealed parts from childhood. You have some beliefs that you are not important enough, good enough or deserving of respect. You basically dont feel comfortable standing up for your rites. because you didnt learn or know how to without all hell breaking loose. Growing up with domestic violence is so traumatic for any child, you absorb all the data its then downloaded from unhealthy, minded adults and in a toxic environment! it shapes and moulds your mind beliefs that you carry into adulthood. Your programming was never in your control, its not your fault your programming got fucked up and now deemed corrupt. Operating from a corrupt system will never get you anything but breakdowns and fuckups. But good news is, that your programming can be fixed!! A little tweak to your belief systems - get some counselling or check the web for loads of self help info to get rid of your limiting beliefs of yourself that are keeping you attached in an unhealthy relationship, and extends out to anyone who is not respectful of you.. Im am sorry you went through what you did. It wasnt your fault or choice. But now you have a choice to get back on track...get some healthy beliefs reprogrammed into your mind... Start by setting a reminder message on your phone to go off every hour, write in capitals I AM ENOUGH. IN FACT I AM MORE THAN ENOUGH! ..everytime you get the reminder you must open it and read it , say it aloud if possible and repeat it , wont feel anything but weird at first, please do it, write it anywhere you may see it..(i wrote on mirror in bathroom with lipstick) sticky notes on fridge etc..do it till you do it enough that your heart starts to feel and know it as the truth. Yell it up to the sky or in your gf face, I dont care. I promise you,, i have used this method for a year...its simple but soooo effective.. this new belief will start to change your life and how you see yourself, what you will settle for and the opportunities open up for you. wow...i rambled...but i felt your pain as my own and had to offer my advice.. you deserve so much more than you believe you do. Settle for no less in return than what you would do for someone else. Set some boundaries to stop people crossing over your threshold. You better be wary and stand guard at your minds door, otherwise anyone or anything will just stroll in and take over.

Yo make apart 2 keeping it real 60 My mum and dad were in a relationship exactly like this they broke up probably the worst shit ever for me at that moment I hated my mum for it but to see you rap about it really opened my eyes to see what she was actually doing it for For me and my brother and sisters I'm so against a men hitting a woman and I'm so against women hitting men. We are all people we need to be honest and talk about this shit man stop all the hitting talk just talk bra 😔

AnonymousEditor me ,my mum & my bro have gone through hell with guys coming into our life it ranges from drunks to deadbeats and i have had to sometimes take the bulk of it being the older and sorta "man of the house" but as much as they deserve a good old beating I never take it further than it has to

thank you for writing such meaningful songs, and not shying away from topics put in the "too hard" basket. I always listened to and played (guitar/vocals) metal/punk/rock/alt.. but after a rough time started listening to a lot of Hip Hop - especially Aussie... your music has lifted me over the past couple of years and opened me up to many other genres. Stay true to yourself and your art. What you are creating is raw and it's real. A lot of people feel understood listening to you. Thanks again, mate.

+3ree6ixty I think it's great that you are spreading such a positive message through such a creative way of communication. I love your music and I think it's disgusting that this is occurring every day, all around the world. I dream of a world where there is peace throughout and everyone can be anyone and be happy for it. I thankyou for your beautiful art and i hope you continue to create beautiful pieces like this one as it puts hope into my heart that one day my future children will live in a good place with good people! thankyou.

"no apology can change what you did, cant ever take back breakin ya ribs" :( dad beat mum weekly growing up until i was 7 then he left her for who we thought was a better man and he turned out to be a pedophile, literally all i have known from a father figure is abuse and pain and suffering... if im given the chance i will be 20x the father that any of those ass holes were. To this day i am angry at them, some of my first poetry ever written was rap lyrics about them at 11 years old. Wish i still had those pieces of paper.

Valium & Flowers I know you wish you had those papers man. But don't let that stop you from inspiring yourself to create more. I'm a free styler rapper and have only made one song over 3 years. Suffered through a lot but never thought I was good enough to write

Yeah the same shit happened to me I’m going to be the strongest mother I can ever be in the future, and I’m a lesbian so I don’t plan on having some man do that shit to me, I was abused by the one person I trusted and I’ve watched my mum be raped, abused been on drugs and I’ve been homeless she deserves so much more.
