Update: I received the ring box. Jostens sends it to you separately, so there will be a period of time in between when you receive your ring and when you receive the box (if you ordered one). The little box that the ring comes in is a temporary one, and the keepsake box is MUCH bigger. I would say that it's about 10cm x 10cm x 7cm. Hope this helps!

I just ordered mine today from Jostens...nearly 20 years since I graduated High School. I'm reclaiming an experience that was denied me because I wasn't allowed to have one when I was in school. Now I'm a kid with money at 37 lol. I can have what I want. I am really excited to receive mine and have a special piece to commemorate where I'm from and the school experience.

I replaced a high school ring I lost decades ago. It's also a tribute style, with a garnet colored stone. I went with 10k yellow gold, just like my original (it was $196 in 1979, and over $1200 in 2024!). Nearly all the rings were gold 45 years ago. It's just ridiculous how much gold prices have increased.

I was delighted that Jostens was able to make a ring for my obscure school (which is located overseas). Most of the other ring manufacturers did not have my school in their database and therefore turned me down.

Congratulations young man...I’m glad you’ve commemorated your very special day...I’m sure you’ve worked hard and your parents must be so proud....my daughter also graduated this year from GWU and she is kinda bummed out that graduation had to be canceled....hooray to the Class of 2020...! I got the same style ring (Tribute) as you from Jostens. Although my size was the same as you, I didn't think it was that big. I should have ordered it back in 1972 when I graduated, but I'm glad it's finally in my hands now.

The stone in your ring is a lab ruby. Jostens 'simulated' stones are either lab corundum (ruby and sapphire) or lab spinel. I still have my Jostens ring from the 70s. It has the 'garnet' stone in a smooth cut. It has no scratches though I have worn it for going on 47 years

I ordered a class ring to this year. You should know, that they will allow you to resize the ring for the life of the ring, and you are allowed to get it refinished, or we polished. Free of charge. If you feel the ring is not properly sized, then just call Jostens, and you can send it back to be resized.

@@leszz I saw that too, that's for the protection for theft or loss. I just kept the 4 year plan that comes with the ring. I've already resized mine once and they just ask to pay for shipping and they took care of the rest.

There are no sizes; it depends on the name. This ring is on the smaller size.
