Adjunct faculty member and athletic trainer Keith Thomas talks about the Exercise Physiology Lab, which includes a variety of tools and equipment to measure body composition, VO2 max and other dimensions of human physiology. The lab, which is mainly used by students in the Exercise Science and Fitness Studies programs, is located in the Stadium Classroom Building.
