That's the D'aundra Slow Motion Strokes crown patch method. You cut out a piece of a durag. Put it over your crown after a wash n style so your crown doesn't shift around while you sleeping as much. Illestwavers brought it from facebook to IG. Now he got the IG Wavers doing it.
