Excellent review! I enjoy your reviews. I think a lot of people like me as very interested in Chinese running shoes because their quality and I think they are ahead in the midsole foams than a lot of western brands. I just did my first run on 361 flame 4, and it works very well for my feet mechanics they very stable for pronators like me, I can feel the pop and the forefront similar to Xtep 160x 3.0 Pro, very impressed on my first run, 361 flame 4 shoes are stable as other of my favorites shoes: loop burn red fox. Keep it up!

Hi!Land of Kangaroo,I feel much more confident thanks to your encouragement.I bought Furious ET and ran it around my house, but I returned it.Compared with the original Furious, it is quite different. I even think it is worse than Flame 2ET. The main problem is the upper, which were rubbing my both sides of feet. I'm not a wide foot, so that might be a potential problem for you as well.I think Flame 4 is a better choice anyway.

Awesome video! I really like your reviews, production quality is also great! I am very interested in Chinese running brands like Li Ning and 361 but I cannot understand which shoe is for which purpose? I believe this is the same problem for everyone outside China. It would be really helpful if you could do a "Running shoes lineup Scheme and Explanation" video for these Chinese brands like the channel "Run FAQ" has done for other brands. Also if you could compare the Chinese midsole vs other brands. e.g Asics FFBlast+ vs Li Ning Cloud vs 361 Primo or Saucony PB+ vs 361 Qu!k foam vs Li Ning Boom foam etc. I was thinking of buying 361 Degrees SPIRE CQT II but i dont know if it would be a bouncy shoe like ASICS Novablast or a Cushion sinking foam like Nimbus 26. What are your opinions?

I think your suggestion is great and gave me new ideas.Primo foam in 361° ELEOS,It's main consumer target overlaps with Nimbus.They are all running shoes with tons of cushioning and sinking feeling.,The SPIRE CQT is closer to Asics Cumulus positioning,lacking dynamic.If you are looking for a pair of DO IT ALL type of shoe like Novablast.I would recommend Flame 2.5ET & 2ET(they just have different uppers), or Anta Mach4pro.

Is it ok for heel striker? I dont do much speed, I focus on pace and distance which is a bit slow around 4:30 - 5:00 minute per kilometer, distance usually 10k. Do you recommend it for me?

You're already going pretty fast.I recently did recovery runs with it.I think it can be used for a wide range of paces,the main reason is that it's stable enough.For runners with a heel strike, you'll get a soft landing and then a quick transition to the forefoot.
