I talk through a fascinating session working on mounting practice with Mijas, and how slowing things down affords me the ability to learn the nuances that it can be easy to miss at speed. I discuss the value of working in the tolerance zone, respecting the fight/flight boundary and the value of allocating time to prep work. Lawrence and I enjoy each other’s company!
