I hope ASU can beat them, but the big difference is the interior. Texas O line and D line are stout. That is going to be the difference I think. That is how they stopped A&M and Clemson. Running game is definitely in ASU favor. Go Devils! ☀️🔱

Yes, Texas has arguably the best O-line in the NCAA and a very good Defensive line. Clemson's QB had some very good throws and there was some good plays drawn up. I expect Texas will do better this week.

I do not think Phil Bennett really took the time to research anything. First, he said Klubinik was the better QB that night. Klubinik played well last week vs. Texas. He is a very good QB. But Ewers had better stats. Klubinik had more yards but that was because he threw the ball 19 more times than Ewers. Ewers had the better completion %, Yards per pass, and QBR. The one interception Ewers threw was completely the WR fault. He threw it on the money and the WR bobbled it and it went into the hands of the Clemson DB. Maybe if Klubinik had some stats besides total yards that was so much better then maybe. Second, he did not know if any team had stopped Skettebo. He had less than 100 yards in 5 games. He had a 2.6 average vs. Texas St and a 2.9 average vs. KSU. He is a good player but he can be stopped if the coach would have just looked at the running stats for Skattebo in 2024. They have not played a defense like Texas at all. They should be able to stop Skattebo if that is the main plan. He is a good RB. But I do not think the ASU OL is up to the task.

He's done no research, ASU's top WR is out, the next WR has 300 yards total. Skattebo hasn't been stopped? Well Texas State held him to 64 yards on like 25 carries, he's also been held under 75 yards multiple times this season. Stop the running game, GAME OVER.

ASU beat TX State by 3 points. Tx State held Skat to 62 yards. Hahaha
