Hello, I have a problem. The hub wheel wiring has no white wire, and the controller comes with a white wire, and it doesn't hook up with the hub so it won't run

U can get a throttle with less wires but will need a different controller

I have a Phantomgogo R1 36v scooter. The make and model are Sine wave brushless controller 2HM-0. When I tested the 5v red wire coming out of the controller I found that the 5 volt Red Wire is pushing 17.44 volts. I am afraid of connectiing the.controller to the throttle because I do not want to damage the throttle. Is this high voltage normal or is it a defect? Will it destroy my throttle?

Hi, I'm having problems finding a replacement throttle for my 3 year old ENGWE. It has two plugs, one 3 pin plug operates the light and horn from the switches on the throttle and the other plug has a 4 pin plug and I can't find one anywhere. Can you help please?

I have a sw900 screen that switches on ,was working great disconnected wires from controller to put through the mount . Reconnected all wires , screen is now showing no bars on the battery. Bike will not drive motor on any setting even walk mode. Tested battery 41.45 v . Used a resistor to connect battery so no sparks . All cables have been checked for continuity. Always wear gloves & plastic stand when connecting so no static. Its baffling me as there is power to the screen.

Hi bubbles way. Looks easy enough. I have a samebike lo26 which is not powering up which I had no probs with before up till now. The lcd screen doesn’t power on to and the battery is fully charged.the only life that works on the bike is the horn only which only sounds if I press the M button and horn button together at the same time. It doesn’t sound once I let go of the M button which is weird. I’ve checked the battery and took it apart and all looks good including the prongs. You think this sounds like a controller issue? If I put a new controller in there is no soldering involved is there? Thanks.

New controller mite fix the problem but check all wires to make sure no wires are split I had same problem once before

I have a ancheer 36v ebike and I tried to install a brainpower motor controller model 866c-6 and I can not get the throttle to work the display screen does turn on but I get nothing when I turn the throttle if I connect the white learning wire the wheel will start spinning but when I try to connect throttle I get nothing plz tell me you can help me I’m out of ideas

Sometimes some throttles won’t work with some converters if the wheel starts spinning like u said try a different throttle

Sometimes the colored wires on the throttles are installed in different sequence than the controller and then need to be taken out and matched to the controller connector.

Maybe you cpuld help a brotha out. So scooter side for my throttle is the og green, black and red. However on my controller there are two options left and im not sure which is my throttle. There is a red, black and yellow or there is a red, black, yellow and green. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi thanks for video, my wife’s e-bike stopped working, looked at control, looked like one of the capacitors had burnt out , so I replaced it , plugged controller back , think I have all the connections ok , but now I get an Error code 009 then it turns to code 010 , I know it’s a bit of a long shoot , but any idea what it might be ? Bút I've been trying to find the right wiring diagram on the internet because I can't find the wiring for my S_866 display on the controller !! just for information purposes the name for the yellow battery connector is an XT-60 usually used in hobby RC stuff also

Your not getting to point of using converter from controller there are normally red and black that's for 22v step down. The converter has black and red and yellow. You connect red tred and black to black on controller the yellow wire you can run alit of wires from yellow for light indercator headlight horn Al from yellow wire so why did you not explain in video. I got that info from another video. It's best to put yellow in a loop contector box it looks like choc box then each live wire goes to yellow with switch in between the black wire from controller that's already in converta you yes that as a earth that's it more ore less so yes I can run all lights as long the are 22v from yellow wire
