thankyou for this video, im making an arcade cabinet controller and using microswitches. your testing shows me you got less than 2ms bounce time which will allow me to optimise my delay times for better running.

This is a much better explanation and demonstration of debounce than I got when I was first introduced to switches on microcontrollers. (they were only focused on just using software, and never talked about the hardware side of debounce)

I don't know why you have so few views, but I love these videos. You've clearly taken the time to produce them nicely.

Well thank you. I'm not sure why I have so few views either. Most views come from youtube "recommendations", so hmmm.

Finally I encounter a video explaining the hardware method of denouncing (haven't specifically searched though), so thank you for putting this up! Quick feedback after watching a bunch of your videos (also newer ones than this): I've found the production quality very high, and your style unique with your own music and everything. Great stuff! The only thing that's felt a bit off is that the videos seem to often end quite unexpectedly. Maybe a conclusion/quick rep of the topics covered could add the finishing touch that push the quality from very good to excellent. I would not say this unless I wouldn't have noticed there's already a lot of thought and time put into making these, and that you'd likely willing to reach that level. That said, I've truly enjoyed pretty much every video watched so far!

Thank you very much for the feedback. This is good to know - I will have to go back and watch some of these to experience the abrupt endings... I think I am eager to push them out quickly to feed the KZbin algorithm monster, and that's why the quick ending. Thank you again!

@@AmRadPodcast To save you from the guesswork, I've opened my liked video's playlist for public view (against my by default principle). Quite near the top you'll find a list of your videos so you'll easily find the ones I've watched. I don't remember which particular ones gave me the "abrupt ending" but it might help a bit!
