Another lighting hack I like: When you dig ur floor, dig two down and place ur glow item. Then place slabes over it. Works really well

@@MentalJunction i like doing this the most, if you have a cozy house design (or the painting matches the block palette/how big of a scale you are building at), most of the time i just go to end rods on the ceiling as modern industrial lighting

For the carpet lights, make sure the string is invisible, otherwise the secret technique won't be so secret anymore Edit: Also the end of the Spyglass bottle segment actually looked like your character was drinking out of the spyglass

You can also use slabs instead of carpets, at least for bedrock edition.

in my multiplayer world i have two storage rooms, one for the blocks i use most with labels on signs i made, which are just the name of the block and then in the second storage room i just gave my friends some signs and said "go wild" so they wrote jokes and puns for all of them! pretty good idea if you dont mind some silly names like naming copper "ginger iron" lol
