This is just to create some lovely conversation between Moos because I know some of us don't have any social media where they can share their likes and thoughts so I'm hoping this video becomes a hub for that. OMG, My love for them started more than 7 years ago and I love everything about them. They're so meaningful to me and my top ultimate favorite group too. These questions are so hard. So I'm going to try to answer for just what I feel now lol. 1. I recommend: Décalcomanie+live performance 2. 5 title tracks: Where are we now, Décalcomanie, Egotistic, Piano Man, Aya, Mumumumuch+Destiny 3. B-side songs: 1, 2, 3 Eoi, My star + maybe I can't stop writing. 4. Album: WAW or Reality in Black or 4S4C albums etc... Honestly, I can't choose one lol. Their albums were just masterpieces. I got Travel album for the first time and now I've 9 albums of Mamamoo. 5. Favorite era - Oh noooo way, every comeback, I was so hyped about their songs, felt so happy, super excited, and emotional too. Their comebacks were just phenomenal as always. But the most shocking era was AYA. 6. Sorry, I don't have least favorite era. 7. CF song: Gleam or Wanna be myself or other songs 8. I thought, how I couldn’t know about there was such a female group. After that video, I searched immediately and listened to every song of theirs the whole night lol. Also, I was lucky because that time they promoted Décalcomanie /Memory album/ Since then I fell in love with them more and more. 22. Wrong assumption: no assumptions 23. As for a Moomoo their concert perfromances, award stages, special versions of their songs, comeback stages and Immortal song show stages are just amazing. But first of all one scene came to mind: Destiny+HIP stage at Vlive awards 34. Wish they did more often: Concerts and more and more Moomoo 35. Wish they did less often: Overwhelmed work 36. Most iconic moment: Covering each other’s solo songs at their concerts. That was an unexpected experience. 37. Favorite choreography: Every dance choreography was amazing. 1. Stan song: Paint Me, the first song that made me think “damn, they are not your average girl group, shit they can REALLY sing”. My favourite song 2. Top 5 title tracks: Mr Ambiguous, HIP, Dingga, Yes I Am, Starry Night 3. Favourite B-side: I Miss You, Travel, No More Drama, Ten Nights (not sure if these are B sides, because I listen to their songs in a huge playlist) 4. Favourite album: This is difficult.. Travel seems like a very fun album but I love all the songs in Blue S 5. Favourite era: Personal preference, I really love their debut retro vibe (Mr Ambiguous, Ahh Oop, Piano Man) era but I do think they were at their peak visually and musically at 4 Seasons, 4 Colours era 6. Least favourite era: Illela/MIc On Era. The songs were ok, but they weren’t mind blowing like their previous songs. And I think COVID 19 affected a bit of their group dynamics and momentum 7. Favourite CF song: The Pizza Maru and Daechan Gopchang ones. I really love seeing them genuinely enjoying food in general and aren’t restricting themselves or trying to “look pretty” when eating. Another reason why I Stan Mamamoo 8. Favourite Japanese song: Windflower Japanese version. The song just works so well for both languages 9. 1st member that caught my attention: Solar because of her last power note in Mr Ambiguous 10. Became my bias: Still Solar. I love her work ethic, her cheerful and positive energy. And how she challenges herself to be a leader and to lead the conversation in interviews/fan meets despite being very introverted 11. Bias wrecker: Moonbyul, Whee In and then Hwasa..esp her Ahn Hye Jin side. Hwasa took the longest for me to like because I am nerdy af and quite awkward, so I know I’ll never be badass and as cool as her. But her Ahn Hye Jin side really appealed to me a lot 12. Bias and wrecker ever changed?: My bias is still Solar, wrecker rotates between the rest. It’s true, not easy to stick to a bias with them 13. Favourite ship: MoonSun/Hwabyul..Moonsun is chaotically wholesome and Hwabyul is chaotically hot 14. Member you’re the most alike: Solar. She became my bias after I watched a Solarsido video about YongSun having a party for Solar’s birthday. And I think Wheesa mentioned in an interview.. “The first time we met Solar unnie, while waiting in the dance practice room, Solar unnie pulled out a yoga mat and started doing yoga out of the blue… that’s the kind of stuff I can see myself doing. And all her reactions are similar to mine 15. Something I share with Solar: Her energy and her love for a challenge/ being open to try new hobbies/things. I can relate to her a lot and tbh, I Stan her a lot first before loving Mamamoo as a whole 16. Something I share with Moonbyul: Her lower pitched talking voice. And when I was very self conscious of it in my teen years. Of course, I can never sing like them, no way at all 17. Something I share with Whee in: Our love for beer/alcohol. Although Whee in loves it a lot more than I do 18. Something I share with Hwasa: Her need to shut off completely from the world for awhile every now and then. 19. Something I wish to change about Mamamoo: Quoting Hwasa “Corona f*ck you”. They were truly on the brink of international stardom but I felt COVID 19 robbed them of a lot of opportunities. They are already big but I think more people should know about them, especially internationally. RBW should have pushed for a world tour much earlier in their careers. In a nutshell, RBW should’ve done a lot more for them 20. Favourite piece of MMM media: Whenever they hung out for their debut anniversaries 21. 1st feeling of connection: Paint Me MV, the lyrics to that song is so poetic 22. Assumption that was wrong: Hwasa is cold and unfriendly. Until I discovered her gentle side and her cute side, and then I began to like her a lot. 23. I can picture them making a badass cover of this song and Moonbyul doing Nicki Minaj’s rap part with her own ad libs. The first time I heard Decalcomanie, I immediately thought of this song! 24. I was a huge fan of tvxq in the past, then gave up after finding out the mistreatment and the “extreme beauty standards”, “robotic like persona”, “the emphasis over the perfect visuals without much vocal talent” they demanded from idols and the “toxic fandom that demands that idol purity BS” drove me away for almost a decade from liking any K Pop group (I am a late MooMoo, Moonbyul’s Shutdown dragged me into this lovely rabbit hole). Then there is Mamamoo that goes against all of that BS. Moo Moo fandom is also the most chilled, respectful and matured crowd. So I started selectively checking up K Pop songs again, but none so far are as wholesome as Mamamoo 31. Fav solo songs: Solar: Big Booty, Moonbyul: Absence/Shutdown, Whee In: Easy, Hwasa: Twit 32. 1. I became a fan from the dingo killing voice medley. I remember being hooked from the very first song, but 'Egotistic' was the first to hit different, so if I had to pick one I'd say 'Egotistic' 2. I'll name my most favourite ones at the moment without any specific ranking position- WAWN, Mr Ambiguous, Piano Man, Egotistic, Wind Flower. My side note is the same as yours, this list might change later😅 3. Hard to name just one so I'll say my top 5 right now- Destiny, Bad Bye, Funky Boy, Recipe, Waggy 4. For full length album: Reality in BLACK(I love Melting too....well now I'm indecisive😅); for ep: BLUE;S 5. Wind Flower. In my mind 'Wind Flower' swept the music shows and the charts🥲 I love the ep, I love the title track, I love the styling and I love that they were in major award shows winning awards. Too bad I wasn't there to see it in real time 6. Either 'Travel' or 'Mic On'. The title tracks weren't that satisfying for me 7. Once again, choosing one is very hard. I'd say 'Wanna Be Myself', 'Gleam' and 'Woo Hoo' 8. Sleep Talk 9. Moonbyul. Funnily enough, Solar was the first member I saw in a video, but she didn't catch my attention enough to check out MAMAMOO(😅). I had also seen Hwasa's name in another video. Then I saw Moonbyul in a k-pop girl crush video some time later and immediately got bowled over. She is literally the reason I checked out Mamamoo and fell into the radish farm 10. Moonbyul was my initial bias for about a week or so. Then I was mainly ot4, with having a different bias every few days or weeks. Currently, my bias has settled on Moonbyul 11. Any time I have a bias, all other members take turns in bias wrecking😅 12. I guess I already answered that in point 10😃 13. I can't choose one because I love them all for different reasons😭 But if I had to say the one that makes me feel the softest, I'd say HwaSun. MoonSun look a bit ambiguous to me so I'm not choosing them for friendship. 14. Hwasa, we have many differences but I can relate to her a lot. 15. We are both shy with strangers; We are both introverted; We both like Moonbyul's personality(😂) 16. The fashion sense(minus the crop tops and shorts)(I LOVE the suits, layered styling, jackets etc in particular); our taste in music generally overlaps; we are both loyal to the people close to us. 17. Our frequency of organizing our stuff? Idk😅 I don't share that much with Wheein, unless you count anxiety(mine isn't as bad as Wheein though, I think). 18. Her sensitive and soft side; becoming childlike in presence of people she considers near and dear; not liking being ordered around; not preferring any kind of leadership position; her way of expressing herself and her feelings using words; having physical affection as her love language(I'm more for hugs compared to kisses😅). 19. Their current agency? Lol I don't have the funds😅 The way Wheein and Hwasa seem to be focusing less on their vocals now. I used 'seem', because ultimately I don't know what goes on behind the scenes. But their vocal condition seems to be deteriorating, and I think they should enlist professional help from vocal coaches and doctors to take better care of their voices. I also think they could completely take over writing and composing at this point, and work with other producers for the mixing and producing part. 20. I didn't really have anything particular in mind, but I think I'll agree with MMMTV. What we get is still technically MMMTV, but it doesn't have MMMTV unnie's magic touch. 21. There was a 21 minute long video on MAMAMOO's journey, from the beginning to the present day(2020). It's been deleted now, but it made me tear up the first time I saw it. That was the first time I felt that strongly for a pop artist ensemble. 22. For some reason, I expected Moonbyul to be your typical cool girl crush, who's serious and a bit of a tsundere. Instead, I found a mischievous cutie who's love language is teasing people. I love her even more for it, tbh. 23. Bad Bye and Destiny. PLEASE JUST PERFORM BAD BYE LIVE ONCE😭 24. If I could fit into their clothes, Moonbyul's. Minus the shorts and crop tops, she seems to read my mind to know exactly what kind of designs, shades and combinations I would love to wear. Alternatively, Wheein's androgynous clothing works too. 25. Star Wind Flower Sun. The song isn't romantic per se, so it applies for other kinds of relationships as well, which is what helps me to relate even more. 26. 'I Love Too' and 'Star Wind Flower Sun' almost always make me cry. Also, 'Hello Mama'. 27. There's so many- Funky Boy, Wind Flower, Egotistic, Yes I Am, Recipe are some. 28. I have multiple songs: Egotistic, Destiny, Mr Ambiguous, Piano Man, Funky Boy, Gleam, to name a few. 29. MMMTV season 1 episode 6. 30. They made me more dirty-minded? Lol🤣 They broadened my musical horizons a lot. After listening to Mamamoo, I have been able to appreciate many more musical genres, vocal timbres, artists and performance types that I wouldn't have liked before. 31. Solar- Big Booty(the jazzy, musical number-like feel is impeccable); Moonbyul- Iljido(I Iove everything about it); Wheein- Water Color/Springtime/No Thanks (I couldn't settle on one😅); Hwasa- Be Calm(I love everything about it). For Moonbyul and Wheein it keeps changing. 32. Solar- Face(If covers can count then the entire Solar gamsung series as wel); Moonbyul- DSOTM(it has more favourites compared to 6equence); Wheein- Redd; Hwasa- María. 33. Hard to pick one, but I'd say the opening for their 4S4C fw concert 2019 with 'Paint Me', for the day of the blue-ray disc recording. I could name probably 10 more even without the IS stages. 34. Singing and harmonising Acapella for official releases. After the 'Um Oh Ah Yeah' Acapella version, I now need them to release an Acapella album like Tvxq has. 35. I haven't been a moomoo for a year yet so this will change 1. Taller than You. I became a fan because I saw a short with the lyrics in one of their concerts and thought "this isn't real". All I knew about Mamamoo first was that they are a vocal group. 2. Piano man, Ah Oop, Decalcomanie, Yes I am, Mumumuch (very hard to choose) 3. Aze gag very fun song or My Star cause its amazing 4. Melting I listen to most of the song in their continuously 5. Melting era cause the got their first win and many behind the scenes action. Funny songs and beautiful songs too 6. WAW same reason I barely saw any promotion for it 7. Woo Hoo I like the intro and outro and it is a very fresh song 8. Sleep talk Never listened to any Japanese songs other than that one 9. 1. Egotistic too! This was when I started getting into kpop and sent my friend a kpop song I liked and she recommened mamamoo in return :) very glad she did 2.
