37 QUESTIONS WITH ANDY!

Huge thanks to Marili for asking me to do this for her project as well as directing and shooting! It was my first "walk and sign" type of video and surprisingly I didn't fall or trip once!
My name is Andy and I was born Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing and unable to speak, so sign language is my native language. I do music covers in American Sign Language (ASL), as well as tutorials and other fun series incorporating ASL! Sign Language allows a different perspective and experience in music, it truly shows the emotions and concepts behind the songs' meanings.

I've recently decided to study ASL. It's quite the challenge considering that every region of my country has different signs for same vocabulary. My ignorance thought it would be the same worldwide. But I have to say I love challeges hehe. Good job there, man! Keep it up

Hey Andy, So I just watched your SBSK interview and without any shadow of a doubt, it’s the most inspired I’ve been after watching one of the interviews!! I also learned a lot too. For example, I think if I had ever been in the situation where there was someone ‘being their voice’ - I would likely have looked at that person instead of who I was conversing with! Little things like that are great to know. You’re very funny too! Loved that fro! What a great relationship you have with your Brother as well. Great to see. Wish I was as close as that to my siblings! Well I just wanted to say thank you for doing that interview. Not just for an insight into what you deal with day to day, but how you do it also, knowing that no matter what colour, size, creed, hair length, shoe size - anything really, it’s ok to be ok with who you are, proud even.
