Ingenious idea! Looks very comfortable too. I need to start thinking outside the box more. Thanks for the inspiration and take care my friend 🔐.

Quite a varied range you have there Brummie. Watching you pick I thought you were tuning in the old wireless. Maybe even trying to get BBC2 to stop being grainy 🤣. Or retuning Wales out and the new channel 4 in. Ah those were the days. I remember my old dad getting his box of valves out the attic (long before ch 4 I might add) because the tv had gone on the blink. We all cheered when he worked out which valve it was and after the new one was inserted the tv came back to life. All us kids cheered and he was our hero once again. I digress.... pick wires.... I don't particularly like them long and bent wire handles as I think that increases the flex and flex in the wire spoils feedback. You know you could have put a tension tip on the end, drilled a hole from the back to the front and inserted a pick wire, almost a 2 in 1. I have been experimenting with that idea and for the most part it seems to work ok.

Cheers for watching again Roy, I have made a couple of 2 in 1 picks and to be honest I do not like them, I much prefer my bent nail and a bit of piano wire with a knob on the end ….. No Roy I am not the knob 🤣🤣 Thanks for the comments and your ideas mate 👍

Seems like you can make a wire handle out of anything.
