€375 on Trusted House Sitters to save how much? Is it worth it?

The point of slow travel is to minimize cost of travel and enjoy an area for a longer period of time. We think we can offset our accommodation cost with this opportunity. What do you think? Have ypu ever done anything like this, especially in a foreign country?
