When my father passed and my brother opened my dads safe, he had awards that I had from my jr. high school, a few of my Report cards and my baptism certificate. I love making cards and brightening a person's day by making and sending a wonderful homemade card. I made a card for every woman in my church. Many women have told me they have saved them in their photo albums. Deeds to the house, etc. In the Bank deposit box.

I think maybe letters to family members. I am an only child and when my mom passed away, while going through her papers I found a letter that she wrote back when I was in high school ( 57 years ago ) stating how she wanted her funeral to be conducted. This letter was found a week after her service, but I had followed it fairly close thank goodness because knowing my mom she would have come back and haunted me. Really enjoy our Saturday mornings together. You make my heart happy, my checkbook not as much LOL.

I hope your mother was not like me! Paid for a box for years, nothing got into the box which I intended, like where to locate my money stashes (lol), passwords, trust papers, wills, etc. Those things which would burn or be blown away, destroyed, in those unforeseen disasters. Now, I suggested this class and thank you for having the class. I remember buying inks several years ago without the knowledge and being very disappointed with my projects. Someday you will have to include the hybrids, distress and water reactive. lol I still send many people to first ink class. This a very important class for beginners. Thank you again. Now I just need to watch for your "must have" die class. Stay safe and hope the family stays well.

Many years ago when my husband and I opened a banking account, they offered us a free safety deposit box and we had it up until the bank was bought for the second time. I think there might be birth certificates, marriage certificate, and/or savings bonds. If you closed the account, the bank should have notified you there was a safety deposit box and then you could have been on the look out for the keys. Well, you will know soon enough what's in the box. Love surprises, hope it's something good. Love the splash of glitter, thanks for another fun class and for keeping me in good spirits.

How exciting, Stacey! I think your new-born coming-home-from-the-hospital outfit is in there. My oldest child will be 50 this year and I brought all three of my babies (2 boys and a girl) home in the same outfit. It was a little white footsie pajama with green trim. I got the one with green trim because bac then you didn't find out the gender until the baby was born! I also wanted to have a color that would work for all my future babies, too.
