You are sooooo right. Is it people of color friendly area. Because people are still racist in some areas of the deep south. I would really appreciate a real-estate agent/seller just be honest and say..."People of color need not buy." At least I'd know where I'm NOT wanted. I don't want to buy a house and land and have to sleep with one eye open and my head on a swivel if I'm out on my property. I don't go looking for trouble and don't want any coming to me because I can give a brand new definition of crazy when it comes to my family. So my first question...how are the neighbors?? And I'd go greeting them to find out for myself.

This didn’t same as the 49 acres. This is a property in Pell City Alabama. Other was Ashville. This is smaller creek. Ashville larger feeder creek for Neely Henry Lake.

The house is a severe rehab or tear down. Really what you’re purchasing is the property on this deal. If it was my listing I would have brought lighting equipment and took inside pictures. But the listing agent doesn’t even have inside pictures.
