Great video series, very informative and helpful. I just bought one of these myself. Cheers

Thanks! Hopefully you have good luck with yours! I’ll have some more videos on this thing probably next spring. I ended up having a couple small issues with it, and then got sidetracked on my new SeaDoo Speedster project.

@@akgearhead I’m going to look at one this weekend for $600. Guy says it has good compression on all cylinders.

@@parkers7009do yourself a favor, and test the compression for yourself man! They should all be around 120. If that back cylinder is lower than the other 2, I wouldn’t necessarily walk away, but just know that you will probably be having to do a piston and cylinder. I have had this thing on the water twice now, and I can tell you it absolutely rips. Super fun and agile ski. Far better for doing tricks than my larger wave runners. If you do buy it, I would immediately do the triple outlet fuel pump if I were you. Very cheap mod, and will more than likely save your engine. Also, delete the autocock if it still has it. I believe Polaris had a TSB for this years ago so it may already be gone, but if not, get rid of it. Aside from that, $600 is a good deal for it if the compression is good!

@@akgearhead do you have to remove the engine to change the fuel pump out? Also to change the fuel lines and clean carbs do you have to remove?
@akgearhead
@akgearhead 8 ай бұрын
@@parkers7009nope! You can easily change the pump out, and pull the carbs along with fuel lines without removing the engine. Changing the lines out would definitely be a good idea for sure, especially if they’re original
