Thanks for the video, BUT you joined the user as as administrator. Most organisation users will be STANDARD USERS so how do you join them as as that, as there didn't seem to be an option, it just defaulted to joining them as administrators.

For that you need hybrid AD setup. You need to sync your local active directory with Azure AD.

You can register your Windows device in many Azure AD tenants but you can only join Windows device to Azure AD. If you want to join your Windows device to a different AAD tenant, you need to disconnect from the first AAD tenant and register again with the new tenant.

If you have only few computers, you can use computer management snap-in to change the user type to standard user type. You need to remove built-in administrator group from the user account properties. If you have multiple computers, you can use Intune with policy to achieve the same result.

@@MSFTWebCast Dear I have seen your video but still i'm confuse like if we join system with domain controller 2019,2016 or 2012 but here when i'm trying to join as a user so first of all there is no option showing every videos is related to local admin but I want to give my users limited access means want to control application installation process, don't want to allow user can change system name, log out or other features , but user joining the azure ad as an administrator role every time even i changed the role of user. You can remove the local admin rights by going into computer management > users and groups > groups > administrators. Remove Users from the group. Click Apply and OK.

How we can join the windows server 2019 local domain to azure AD? I have configure hybrid azure but users only sync to cloud. But after joining local domain to azure AD we need that cloud users can be access through RDP of local server by using office 365 users. First of all, we can sync on-premise users to cloud but we can not sync cloud users to local AD. It is a one-way process. Its better to contact MS support team. I found one solution, you can refer this website: community.spiceworks.com/topic/729932-add-office365-users-to-new-local-active-directory. Note: Again It is not tested. Do the testing first before applying to the production environment.
