Nesting was crazy with my two. Couldnt sit down 😂 My oldest was born at 35.0 weeks and my youngest at 38.5. After delivery get up and move as much as you are able. And drink a LOT of water! I remember with my eldest my feet and legs puffed up crazy part in due to the 2 day labor and part to do with other issues with the delivery. Second kid i was up as soon as the anethesia from the csection wore off and it was easier. Eat foods that will help with you digestion so that its easier on you after delivery. Oh and make sure toneat before going to the hodpital. Idk if its changed since mine were born in 2012 and 2013 but eat a good - but not heavy meal - you wont be allowed to eat once admitted so you have energy

So dates are amazing to help you do a bowel movement after birth. So I'd bring some with you to the hospital for after birth. I know tmi but it's useful information.

❤You are going to be such a great Mom!!!! Can I just tell you. You seem to have a lot of very specific things in mind, probably schedules and dos and don'ts planned...ALL of that is going to go out the window when Baby arrives. She is going to be the boss and you'll have to work around her own wants and needs entirely. You're going to think, we are doing this and that today, and then Baby is going to eat or nap and then this or that...Baby is gonna say nope. And you'll have to follow her lead. But you'll get used to that. And you will just love the heck out of her and enjoy her so much!!!! :)
