I decided to take a break from all social media (after my grandma passed away in Portugal, around the same time you were in Spain) I wasn't able to attend her funeral as I am not in Portugal this year... James is a mini Marcus!! Also some words of hope and encouragement, my husband and I have found that the 1-2 kid transition was MUCH easier (in our personal experience). Birth was fast but so breezy, I felt physically better, mentally better, for some reason being prepared for the sleep deprivation and going in with the mindset of “alright we know we’ll get no sleep, let’s do this!” made it seem better, somehow 😂😂 You kind of know what to expect, you’re more confident, you feel more prepared. It truly felt easier, and I know that’s not everyone’s experience but I was just hoping to give some encouraging words! I had a pretty good first baby, so everyone told me that since I had the easy baby first that my second would be the hard one. Wasn’t true! He was also an awesome baby. So here’s to hoping and praying for a smooth and breezy delivery & a healthy baby girl! 🤗💕
