Very nice! Have kitchen cabinets extend to the ceiling- otherwise 'dust collectors.' Otherwise- perfect! Cover over the side door is a practical feature. This is a home with lots of light- Good job.

This is a fine example of a home - it suits me right down to the ground! The rustic touches add warmth while your uncomplicated design and furnishings will endure unlike some decoration fads. The slate blue accent walls and tiling are perfect. My only suggestion is to provide a deep enough footprint for entry storage which leaves to option of enclosing it as an entry closet might be preferable to the current ‘locker’ approach. Beautiful home - would definitely live here! Thanks for the inspiration!

It is absolutely adorable, and I love all the cabinets in the kitchen. The only drawbacks for me is that it was lacking a walk-in pantry and a placement for a chest freezer. I absolutely love the closed in porch off the kitchen. What a nice touch, a great space to be out of the elements but at the same time still able to enjoy the outdoors by adding style and space to enjoy your morning coffees or dinners all the while soaking in nature. Would be absolutely perfect if it would've been a 3bd with a master that had a much larger walk-in closet than the one it had. Also love all the beams. Overall, nice house plan

Huh-huhhh..!! Oui…!! (oui!!) That one too is rather dern all right..!! -Just add ones’ own counter top sized a microwave for those times when it’s needed and if need be.. build some rails all along the edges to the front porch (even though it’s not that high off of the ground..!) sooo when and if young grandchildren come to visit they can safely play out there..!! But too “notice” the screened porch would be suitable for that sort of venue. Thus assuring those who hang out in that seating area can watch them whilst grandma prepares a meal…. (-Aaaaahh…!!) Big dreams……. 🤓 -👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Sure like the drop zone/pack-pack rack in the main entrance!! Those are an awesome idea..!!!!! 🤗😀.. (The laundry room is thought provoking in light of a house someone i know owns and how many upgrades it needs..!! They could certainly draw some inspiration from looking at a design of such..!!)

Comfortable in many ways. Certainly a livable space. Noted elements I'd feel the lack of or have to find ways to squeeze in with storage furniture: Office needs would force me to cram in a desk somewhere. Most likely bedroom desks or where that side table and round mirror are depicted. Lack of a good storage closet would see that walk in closet in the Master likely used for seasonal clutter and the vacuum. Living room oriented on the cozy fireplace would see a screen installed somewhere. Most likely over the fireplace, but other arrangements could impact on how seating is arranged. Laundry space seems poised to be a mud room, but a seat for putting on shoes would be needed that would currently be a tight fit.

GREAT foyer! Why is there no actual coat closet that could be a welcoming feature rather than an architectural afterthought? Nice flow to dining area, but suggest flipping the range (cooking smells in the living room aren't always aromatic and often out stay the meal). Replace dining set (blocking flow to screened second living area) with better placed island, and bringing outdoor set indoors. Sliding glass doors to second, more formal dining area seem obstacles to kitchen serving, awkwardly placed and blocking French door's access to outdoor living space. Door in lovely laundry room wasted; entry as mudroom from where? Charming front bedroom, but from where did bathroom "materialize?" First look appeared to be laundry room. Primary bedroom lovely and ideal for match French door access to lawn instead of windows. Basically, nice job; well done layout -- with or without my "tweaks!"
