Congrats for mentoring this driver as always your mentoring is always helpful 👌 to these new drivers. It is good to sometimes learn/drive a different route to get more experience and a different feel to where the route goes. Because sometimes staying on the same route can be boring but sometimes at the end of the day it depends on what route the allocations team put the drivers n yourself on because having to balance the needs of some drivers who want to work Certain days on certain routes and their days off as well. So I know that always isn't easy n sometimes drivers should understand that sometimes they can't have their way all the time with what route they drive. But the important thing is that driving a different route will give the drivers pure experience and new opportunities as well. Congrats my g 👍. My placement at walworth bus garage is going well , nice drivers and am doing lost properties with logging in reporting complaints and incidents on different bus routes.
