Suggestion, pound some stakes in the ground or place some bricks to give a spot that you place the basket exactly the same every time. This will make for dropping wood into the center of the basket exactly the same every time you place a new empty basket.

Hey guys! Totally thrilled for you with the Eastonmade acquisition! Amazing what a difference quality equipment can make in your firewood venture. This also makes me think about what an opportunity lost by Ruggedmade. Seems like they really dropped the ball with their lack of real support for you over time. Oh well lesson learned as I am sure they are kicking themselves now! Best of luck with your new equipment!

Congratulations fellows🎉 It seems as Andrew Easton scratched that itchy spot of you guys needing and Easton Made splitter. I'm wondering 🤔 if you have tried grouping 4 IBC 's - centered- under that conveyor, if it would load all four together. May save some time. Anyway you do it, that wood is flying!

If you look at some of the videos on the Metsa Machines channel, Bob does that when running any of the Japa Firewood processors. He adjusts the speed of the conveyor as necessary to fill the bins.

I said a ways back that I see orange in your future, well glad I was right! Congrats Dude Ranch DIY, that set up should work amazing for you. You could bag the bigger pieces of trash and sell it for kindling, it doesn't have to be small full length 16" pieces if the price is right. Something to think about anyway. Whatever deal you worked out with Andrew @Eastonmade I'm sure it will work for both of you. 👍👍

Looking good fellas. Going to have to make a bigger bundles stand out front. I'm still waiting on Andrew to install a sticker on his machines. "Butt to the wedge". It creates quite a bit less splitter trash and keeps the pump from having to go into 2nd stage as often which slows it down. I sent you an email with some pictures for another easy improvement for you. And congrats on 10K. Dale
