I am a big fan of your channel but from past few videos you are showing more of the architect speeches rather than the actual house
@BB-fb2uh2 жыл бұрын
@Siddharth Sriram that is fine...don't share floor plans or do a detailed walkaround...but atleast a basic tour can help which can create viewer interest and then they can subscribe and pay for other services

True, for visual people they can’t make out what the designer is saying unless we see more of the house as well

In Delhi, most houses are built in plot size of 16x24 or less.. The people or builder have accomplished to fit 2 bedrooms, a small drawing room, a kitchen and a common toilet/bath, stairs and balcony into that same given space.. the design is such that each floor mostly serves as a separate apartment.. So, as I am aware of that, I didn't like this house design with no balcony and probably just a single room on each floor.. just a front brick weave design which I didn't like.. and yes, from your past few videos it has become more verbal rather than actually showing the design.. I love your channel and love your architect ideas/projects.. just didn't like this particular one..
@wesaqzxc123zxc2 жыл бұрын
i would like to mention that with builder floor apartments of this size where 2 rooms are made is not managable there is no proper space for wardrobe and everything feels suffocating so if you are making your own apartments its better to have one room and for the balcony part i dont think the property had space for balcony
