Thanks. Yeah, it’s a good idea. It gets rid of a lot of friction for your customers. Previously they have to gain so get a quote and then arrange some time for you to do it now. You can just send him a link and send them to your calendar.

Another quality video! I've just reached 300 customers and am making about £70,000 a year solely from window cleaning. I don't need to do gutters or anything else. The issue with gutter clearing is that many people are doing it for very little, which distracts from regular work.

If there’s the work available then it makes sense to specialise in just window cleaning & maybe fascias etc.and not branch out into gutter vacuuming/paving etc. - Far less hassle and equipment etc. Explain this to customers and concentrate on building a regular round of satisfied customers who trust you. You can have a good relationship with and recommend other companies who do these other specialised jobs like gutter vacuuming,it could be mutually beneficial.

Great that you are doing so well. The video is more for those that want to scale past vat threshold. At some point you will have to go past vat as they only seem to increase the threshold once in 20 years, so with inflation there is no escaping it.

I have to stop about six minutes in and do window cleaning for over 8to9 now that’s including before and after Covid . Over that period I think I’ve lost two customers want to move house and one never gave me a reason . I’ve probably picked up an extra 15 and that is without looking just by people seeing me and asking do I do their area to?

Great video Mark. Do you think you could use this for one-off fascia cleans. Estimating the cost would be a challenge but good to work out a way.

So I assume you don't use any ladders when you're cleaning the gutters at all and what happens if the down pipes are blocked

Use whatever tools you need,you don’t have to copy what others do.If you need a ladder then carry a ladder.👍
