Saw recently a documentary, which stated that most of the "halal certificates" were just fake to a shocking extent, audhubillah. A multi million dollar industry based on our trust as muslims, subhannallah. One reason why I became veggie/pescatarian to avoid haram, unless you visit your own homecountry and see with your own eyes when your uncle slaughter a sheep/lamb/goat/chicken/cow in the halal way. :D Second reason is like Brother Anghel said: there is so much negative energy in the animal, when killed haram, so so sad. The Brother at the begin of the video is so mashaAllah, May this wonderful practice become alive again! #boycottfastfood

Pigs are not only dirty but they are also more intelligent than dogs whilst many people hypocritically bring up a dog's intelligence to rationalize not eating it, the same logic should apply to pigs.

Seafood is permissible, good tasting and nutritious. If you can't find meat maybe eat food combinations like beans with rice to get protein, etc. Shrimp with rice, scallops or oysters are nice alternatives to red meat or chicken.

are crustaceans halal??? i've heard some people say that they are haram, while others say that they are halal, i personally don't eat them because i find crustaceans disgusting but each on their own i guess, but if they're halal i wouldn't mind trying them

after doing my own research i found out that anything that lives in the sea is halal, even crabs and octopus, for animals that live in both land and in the water the land law should should be precedent, so crocodiles are haram since they eat other animals and have fangs and are also reptiles

I was watching a Netflix serious called how to get away with murder, one of the scenes is the lawyers said their client couldn't have done the murder as the there was blood everywhere in the scene and their client is a hunter, and the client demonstrated how to do a clean kill it was exactly the same as halal/kosher slaughter where you cut of the jugular vain

Yep it's allowed. But if it was hunted by the dog where the dog did bite the animal or licked some of it's meat it's allowed for us to eat, but you have to get through some procedures to clean the licked part.
