Exactly the location. It’s a beautiful location beautiful view. It’s a lovely gorgeous neighborhood very elegant very classy very quiet, peaceful, and the views on this home pick up in the color palette. I love the color palette and I love the way they design. It is a truly amazing truly amazing home. 👑💯

I have one kislux bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...

Phenomenal Home. I have watched many Enes vids but this one is right up there with the best ❤ but it ain't worth $43M or anywhere close to that. If someone is willing to pay that amount, they have more money than they know what to do with and that's more than likely the type of buyer that will be attracted to this property.

Usually these big contemporary homes feel like a mall. This one has the proportions correct and has enough warmth that it is actually quite beautiful.

I love my kislux bags. I've had them for a long time and they look like new. I like to spend money wisely. How many people spend all their money on expensive handbags, cars and accessories only to have it blown away? There's nothing special about high priced luxury bags

I like the design and architecture....i love how light and airy it feels ...love the decore and the wellness area ...i don't like that there isn't any privacy....this house is definitely a vibe.

This is the Aston Martin of homes. It looks good and is attractive, you just expect more for the money. Primary bedroom is small, bathrooms and closets are large but could use more luxurious furnishings. Downstairs bar is pretty weak, as is the patio area. View is tremendous from both floors and the entire house has a very calming/chill vibe, so well done there. $40M is still too much, though.

thanks to the covid, price of mansions along the oc coast line has way better increased than mansions along the la coast line and b hills area. International buyers played a significant role on this thing. Both properties are good, just they are more biased on OC's scenery。

Really nice design, inside and out. Neighbors literally shoulder to shoulder on both sides. View is ok AT BEST. $7~8 million

And I thought Marbella was excessively expensive. This is ridiculous for 43m. That much money could get you a 10 bedroom plus compound in Spain. Shocked at how little you get her for 43m. Location and all that, fine, but why on earth would you choose this over a safer, cheaper country?

When Bathroom and Sauna are larger than the Gym - you can't call it a Gym. I have more Gym in my Basement. For 43 Million - do it with Sense - otherwise cancel it.
