When we first moved to Tennessee we didn’t know what the heck that noise was either. lol. This year was a crazy year for them. We had the every year ones, the 8 year and 13 year cicadas. My husband would be covered in them when mowing. I couldn’t help with yard work cuz they were trying to get on me and I was like nope! 😂😂. The 8 year and 13 year have all died now so it’s the every year ones left.
