I had a similar experience regarding the " white bear effect" it is a thought experiment that tells people who suffer from anxiety not to think about a white bear. Not surprisingly no one could not think of a white bear. The point is the more you try to surpress unwanted thoughts and behaviour the worse it gets some sort of strange self sabotage happens to people when they are asked NOT to do something. Even subconsciously. So there are some extremely paradoxical effects that happen under stress. The next day a video appeared in my KZbin feed. Cool right. However I am aware that this app uses algorithm to give you content that it thinks you will enjoy. It is not often wrong. I just love being alive right now. Even with all the really sad things that are happening for every war that is raging many miracles are born every second of the day..that's beauty to me...I have hope for the world. ❤
