Muladhara, earth or root chakra. Its name means “base support”. Its energy is associated with the adrenal glands, and is responsible for the health of feet, legs, anus, rectum, coccyx and large intestine. When it is in balance we feel safe, happy and capable of living in the present, enthusiastic in planning our future. When the first chakra is blocked we can feel apathetic, lost, disheartened, and lacking in self-confidence. We feel excessive worry and fear of losing what gives us security and a sense of well-being. Our body suffers by making us tired and exhausted, we have problems with teeth, kidneys and joints. It is possible that a blockade manifests itself in excesses of aggression, rage, jealousy, anger, violence or a defensive attitude. Namaste

I love this one! I've actually had pretty bad damage in my tail bone, amongst many other areas.. but I sure feel something there while listening to this! I always have really bad chronic pain in that lowest area. The sensation I get down there is different from the pain though.. it almost literally feels like something is moving around. It would be a miracle for me if this helps heal the area!! Doctors don't even want to do anything for it, except something like nerve blocks & they're very uncomfortable to have done but help a lot over time. The last time my doctor did them it was excruciatingly painful and I bawled so hard the whole time, all the way home and never got relief.. just more pain for weeks!! So I won't let him do them anymore. I truly need some miracle healings of my body! 🙏🙏🙏
