Thank you my friend. I needed this message this morning. There's alot keeping me up at night. Mainly bodily pain. But it's up to me to make some changes and to quit smoking disgusting nicotine cigarettes in order for my surgeon to perform double hip replacement. I'm almost 42 years old and this has kept me down and out for about 5 or 6 years now. When the doctor decided for surgery covid 19 began and surgery wasn't cancelled in the U.S. for almost 2 years before they resumed surgeries again..i never quit smoking and now I can have surgery. It takes 30 days to clear the nicotine from my system according to the surgeon. They take blood test to make sure nicotine is.out of the system before they put me on the schedule. I have a hard time quitting smoking but the pain. Is more than I can bare. I dont take opiates so I feel all of the bone nerve pain from. The damage walking has caused since the problem began. Surgery is very necessary and I dont have the strength to do what I have to do

Pain is beautiful in its own unique way. What I find it really makes u have to reassemble your life in unusual but better ways. Like a year and a half ago I had major surgery done on my spine. I was so over it at that point the only thing I liked was getting oxycotin but little did I no it stood one of my biggest test of time. PAIN was very bad but it wasn't the worst of it. The worst is looking out my window and not seeing a future from living a healthy active life to closely to a cripple with now a new found addiction to opium. Wrong it not only got me to dig deeper then ever in my mind but my head got extremely strong I basically became a walking computer. Faceing a complete negative transformation only gave me a new drive to a complete unwritten life now that's when I new to start giving two sents right then and there. And within 6 months magic happen ✨️ bought my first home outright, renovated it and just found a new passion for healing and spirituality and things like that. What today has lead to me is sometimes I feel like I failed and some times I feel like I nailed it some the worst some the best ever. There is one thing though what if u feel those reoccur with that present moment. That's the universe telling me to pick how you want it I'm not going to spoon feed u forever ...
