The Solfeggio frequency of 528Hz is said to be a “Miracle Tone” and the frequency of self love. The idea of who we are is what holds onto people and things because it enhances and gives substance to that ego idea. This came on automatically after a yoga tutorial, as I lay in savasana... It was so beautiful I just continued to lay with my eyes closed and requested healing energy be sent to me from the angels. After a while I felt overwhelming love for myself & began to tell myself how proud I am. I put my hands on my heart space to send myself healing, and hugged myself tight.
