Thanks for this learning video. with my 2years stint with market. Yes I Do daily, weekly.. Some times I am scared to do this due to big loss after 21 days of profit and be emotional. Really.. Really scared to review.. after some time like 2 days I Do by pumping my positivity of the process and by tighten my Guts. But not extensive as yours. But I learned a lot form this video, How to better to Best My review process. Still Learning.. Please can you provide a video list of types of trade you take.. Like.. "Gap and Go". Morning top reversals. opening Drive etc..🙏

in Oct, is when i found my edge but not 100% because there was small tweaks and variations. But because i followed my rules (even making 3 mistakes) i reduced my losses by 80% compared to my average blindly trading losing months. I reviewed my edge again and found a specific entry signal that works way better than others. Nov i will be taking those set ups only and strictly following my rules. I can genuinely feel a change in my trading(but most importantly in my results and data), from risk management to emotional management and proper execution. Really looking forward to perfecting my edge and scaling up! (it took me 11 months to even find my edge)(screen time + education 6H + daily) Ty Umar, u the goat. planning to get on tradezella soon.

Umar, great advice. I come up with two hypothesis for every day. One for longs and a another for shorts. I let the market tell me which hypothesis is active. Then I am looking for my key entry point on the chart. My new four letter word is “wait”. This last week has been wonderful for me. We are grateful for what you shared with us. It’s a eye opener.

That's a great approach -- build out your scenarios beforehand and allow markets to give you a signal to take the trade based on the scenarios

I love this take too. I’ve found in my past mistakes if I only have one hypothesis like “FOMC will make market pump today,” then I will subconsciously fight for that outcome even though it’s just just some BS I imagined. Consider all the possibilities for the day and don’t have a bias

This is perhaps my favorite trading video. Your videos stand out from the crowd because you emphasize what many don't. You talk about psychology, the importance of being selective, and daily planning, reviewing, and analyzing trade performance. You are right about traders only clicking on videos with big dollar signs in the thumbnail. The difference is your videos are actually about the ideas I mentioned above. Many other videos are about how a magic indicator gave the trader the big dollar sign in the thumbnail. Keep up the outstanding videos. They are incredibly helpful.

With their entire skill set centred around going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, I enjoy having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions. Combined with their access to exclusive information and analysis, it's nearly impossible to not outperform. Using a portfolio coach for more than two years, I have made over $300,000 in profit.

Thank you! Amazing, journaling and tracking your trades is one of the best things you could do for yourself!
@FakeTheAntivirus Жыл бұрын
@@UmarAshraf28 Definitely. In my opinion, the hardest part about trading is mastering yourself and having that self discipline to follow your strategy and not get distracted by stupid "opportunities", trying to hit home-runs. Not letting the emotional part of your brain take over while trading but instead trade with the rational part is very important IMO. Takes a lot of self discipline and self reflection though. But hey, if it was easy, everyone would do it.

It looks so simple...because it is not. I believe he is using ThinkorSwim's OnDemand feature. I replied and posted earlier on here on how this can be done (making "virtual" trades --- which is even a million times easier than "paper trading" ...which is done "after the fact"), but I guess Umar (or KZbin, for whatever reason) has decided not to allow those comments of mine to appear on here. You can check out another KZbin personality, "The Professor," of Day Trading for Success, who is also suspected of doing the same.

@KT-gu5nd8 ай бұрын
On his P/L calendar, it also shows his P/L as $59.5K for that day. I guess this would be net profits, but it still doesn't match up with either 60K or 66.5K. TD Ameritrade/Schwab is certainly not charging you some $6000 -7000 in commissions for a 500 contracts options trade.
